Well, we took possession!
Now comes the fun part: getting it ready for moving in.
On the first day the power hadn't transferred over, and the previous owners had left the trash can completely full. So far we have been working on cleaning - lots of vacuuming and dusting to do. We're also trying to get internet setup and discussing what improvements we want to do, and in what order.
