Well, this was an unpleasant sight on a Sunday afternoon:
They appear to be Bull Snakes, which are non-venomous, but the fact that one is biting the other makes me pretty unsettled.
By the time I had grabbed jeans, boots and a shovel, the snakes were gone, but I thought I saw movement under the patio.
I bought some snake repellant and sprayed it around and under the patio. The next day I sealed up the patio with expanding foam. Haven't seen a hint of the snakes since I took that picture, but Link isn't allowed out by himself for the time being.
