Well, Brianna and I went to bed before 9pm last night, and slept straight through til 7am. Not sure why I needed to sleep so much, but the end result was: virtually nothing got done on the house last night. Incidentally, the bedroom was at a comfortable 70 degrees the entire night. That part was awesome.
